I say he should be the Patron Saint of this forum.

I miss the boss as well. His artwork inspired people within the hobby. Be they writers, artists or model builders, he inspired us all. Right now, I am waiting on a large scale Nova class Battlestar to build in his honor...

Its been years since I've been here, and this is a sudden, sledgehammer shock. I'm sorry man. You gave me endless inspiration with your incredible pixel art, and a ton of fresh ideas in our PM discussions. You put up with my posting quality when other members got right pissed. You were a friend, and an irreplaceable asset to the BSG fan community, possibly its biggest (and most prolific) fan content creator. And I wish I hadn't wandered off, so I could've pm'd you one more time, or gotten one last drawing, because there won't be any more.

And now you're gone off with the gods, cylon and human. Maybe you'll find the free centurions out there.

Thank you, for everything.

But great tributes to the man.

I mentioned his passing on my battlecruiser forum when he slipped the surly bond of Earth.

Many of us in the warship communities still miss him.

Regards,

Please excuse the lateness of this post. I dropped off the shipyard and other interests due to changing work condition.
So I was not around when Canis departed to explore other realms. A man is know by the legacy he leaves and his is a most excellent one. Bringing like minded people together to discuss our passions is always a noble endeavor.
I wish our lives have us time to sit and share a beer together. It would of been fun.
Raise a tankard and toast our absent leader. Gone but never forgotten.
