There might be a couple Titan class ships floating around. Do you have one in particular you're looking for? If you're looking for the Ravenstar model, here it is:

You should be able to get the measurements by checking the number of pixels in it and then multiplying it by the numbers on the scale. Weapons should be the same; the turrets can be counted, but you may need to guess or make a judgment call as to what the flight pods might mask on the centerline. Beyond that, for crew and airwing, it's whatever you want within reason. It has 200 launch tubes, so a fair rule of thumb would be 400-800 Viper sized fighters. I tend to err on a lower number, so I'd have about 400-600 of various Viper and other strike fighter types, with the majority being Mk. VIIs. It would also have a large support airwing with at least 100+ Raptors and probably a couple dozen shuttles and other subordinate craft. Could it carry more? Yes. The problem is landing them quickly; 100-150 would seem to be about the maximum per flight deck (two flight decks per pod) so that gives a limit. The hangars of these ships is pretty huge, I can see how they setup a production line on Pegasus.

Crew...this is where you need to SWAG things. Figure a minimum of 3 people for each turret and then that same number for ammunition handling. Flight crew would be the 1x to 1.5x the number of crew required to man all the small craft (extra flight crews) and deck crews probably twice to three times that number. Ship's operation crew...that's tough. Probably at least 2000 for a ship that large, perhaps up to 3500-5000.

In the end, we don't have anything like Traveller or GURPs that allows us to build the ships to a formula (and in any event, many of those formulas are rather arbitrary and don't scale well), so we have to use common sense.

Overall length is about 2959 pixels
Overall beam is about 1395 pixels
Overall draft is about 473 pixels

One pixel is equal to 3.23 feet or .985 meters.

So...

9556'/2915m long
4506'/1374m wide
1528'/466m high
