I'd need to know the rough dimensions of the cargo hold. For example, the two most common intermodal container sizes in use today (and what I based my cargo calculations on) are the TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) and FEU (Forty-foot Equivalent Unit), though to simplify things, most capacities simply use TEU.
1 TEU is 20 ft (6.1 m) long, 8 ft (2.44 m) wide, and 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m) high for a total volume of 1,360 cu ft (38.5 m3). The gross weight (container plus contents) is 24,000kg (53,000lbs), while the net cargo weight is 21,600kg (47,600lbs). If you figure that the actual container is cargo and counts towards the carrying capacity, and that not all containers are loaded to the maximum gross weight, I think it would be fair to say that each one would weigh about 18,144kg (40,000lbs).
As an example, the Maersk Triple E class can carry 18340 TEU for a maximum gross weight of 440,160,000kg (972,020,000lbs/486,010 tons). Based on the size of the elements and that it carries fighters, I would suspect that the dimensions are in meters, which makes it about 27 times the size of the Maersk Triple E.
