My only concern is how are they going to store ALL that ammo? With the sheer number of turrets and emplacements, the amount of storage would need to be greater that the crew quarters.

You guys may be right, especially about the ammo storage...this better?
As far as the crew goes I was leaning towards a more automated Battlestar like the Pegasus was.
