Challenger-class Missile Cruiser

The Challenger-class Missile Cruiser is probably one of the most influential ships in the Sol War. A well-built, rugged and tough warship, the class has seen some of the bloodiest and costliest battles of the Sol War. UES Angelic Spirit, CVS -348

While the Allies have already been fielding fleet carriers such as the Country-class, since the fourth year of the Sol War, it was determined that the fleet needed a newer, tougher carrier ship, able to bring her fighter complement straight into battle, and conduct launch and recovery operations in the midst of a firefight. The solution was produced in the form of the Intrepid-class Fleet carrier. The new Allied warship promised the fleet with an irreplaceable power projection tool, and giving pilots a sigh of relief that they would have a home to go to after the battle.
The most obvious aspect of the Intrepid-class design is her distinct
