Sadly it will be a while yet...I got hammered by my accounting class. However, I have two weeks until the next class and hope to get a lot of it written between now and then.

OK...a head's up on the state of Lady H...

This summer and fall were consumed by classes that while not overly difficult, required a crap ton of time. For six weeks when two classes overlapped, I was putting in between 50 and 70 hours a week, just to class. The upside is that I have a couple more "A" grades, but the downside is that I was pretty much mentally exhausted. Now that I'm back to one class, my time is my own and I can see light at the end of the tunnel (I finish my degree work on March 3, 2019, no later than 10PM Eastern...yes, I have it down to the frakking minute! ;-) ).

Anyway, now that I've recovered and have my writing feet back under me, I'm back to writing. Tentatively, I am planning for the next chapter to be released sometime between Christmas and New Year's. Depending on how things flow, it might be broken into two chapters, but that's down the road.

I want to thank everyone who has followed Lady H and let you know that more is coming.

Thanks!

Kurt (who didn't so much survive Black Friday as he removed himself from the insanity)

Thank you Kurt for the news.
Take all the time needed to make Lady H.'s next chapter(s) at the same level of quality as usual.
I too have more free time and I use a part of it to read the stories on the forum. Mia's, Ivanho's and your's among others.

Yar! as I clear into 29 years old I celebrate with coffee pizza and the knowledge that Heretic Cylons, Degenerate Equals, and the Tyrannical Titans are gonna get theirs!

and that's just enough time to reread Hecate from the start

Beware those who operate in the shadows for they are unhappy when they are caught in the light...

Now, stepping back from the freaky oracle posting...

I mentioned before that I had a story that fit into the back, back, back, backstory of the "gods"...is there any interest for that to be posted?

If it is what I think it is, then I think it would be interesting yes.

That depends, if it’s written and ready to post NOW, then yes I’d love to read it, if you’d need to write it instead of the next chapter in the story, then no, I’d rather you go on with the main story and maybe come back to it later.

I’m dying to see what happens next now that all the main players are together!

In case your wondering, in my mind, Season 1 was up to the wargame, Season 2 was up to when they left the Colonies, Season 3 was the adventure leading into the invasion and of course Season 4 starts the payback!

Electromage: I concur...that was how I had it laid out in my mind. When I have time, I'd love to go back and add more material, mostly filling in the backstories of the non-Colonial characters into the early chapters.

All: Yes, it's written and has been for well over a year. :-) I'll see about getting it posted in the next couple hours or so.

The backstory has been posted. Be warned, it contains a lot of spoilers and confirms a lot of hints so far in the story... Read at your own risk...

Hmm...fifteen people have read the story and only one word as comment...It either really sucked, really spun things off to a different dimension, or people are stunned at the literary brilliance of the piece and how it ties everything together. ;-) I'm leaning towards one of the first two...
