is there a central area that has a list of colonial civilian ship and there capabilities like lengths and passenger capacity that was part of Galactica's fleet .

I don't think so and I'm not even sure that we know what all the ships really were in the fleet.

that sucks any idea about the botanical cruiser (with FTL) and the cloud 9? I found info on the zephyr and two different liners. i'm looking for this info to help in a fan fic i'm working on.

I found this information on Wiki and Reddit. also there is something that is called Colonial Warbook IIe

Adrasteia: Named after Adrasteia, a nymph who was charged by Rhea to raise the infant Zeus in secret to protect him from his father Cronus.
Adriatic: one of the few civilian ships with weapons. armed with at least a battery of ship-to-ship missiles; to protect the fleet while the Galactica was off on missions (such as the attack on the tylium asteroid). provides defense until the Galactica rejoins the fleet.
Aether: named after Aether, in Greek mythology, is one of the Protogenos.
Amduatey: named after the Ancient Egyptian Amduat, which literally means "That Which is in the Afterworld".
Argo Navis: captain was selected to be a judge at Baltar's trial. Argo Navis was a large southern constellation representing the Argo, the ship used by Jason and the Argonauts.
Astral Queen: a prisoner transport ship 1,500 prisoners The Astral Queen was transporting prisoners from Sagittaron to their parole hearings on Caprica at the time of Cylon attack. leaves Zarek's men in control of the Astral Queen, against the wishes of both President Roslin and Commander Adama. "Prison Barge",
Atlantia: Admiral Nagala from the Atlantia. The Atlantia is newer and more advanced than the Galactica,. destroyed over the planet Virgon.
Aurora: after Aurora, in Roman Mythology, the goddess of the dawn.
Azimenarius: .
Baah Pakal: A freighter a pair of outdated DDG-62 engines that Chief Tyrol acquired to power his Blackbird stealth fighter ".
Boreas:
Botanical Cruiser: "Agro Ships", these vessels are nothing more than massive greenhouses filled with all varieties of plants and animals from the colonies. These vessels carry geodesic glass bio-domes. Each dome has an "environmental theme" simulating arid deserts to tropical jungles. 7 domes entire length of the top hull and another 8 along the underside.
Brenik: The Brenik was a small military vessel, with a crew complement of 75. 2n year of the First Cylon War.
Carina: The Carina is a salvage and repairs flattop ship
Cassandra:
Celestra: Celestra is a deep space exploration vessel filled with scientific laboratories, research equipment and advanced sensor systems. It also features a long-range FTL drive for distant travel and designed to function for years without resupply of fuel reserves and life support. in appearance to the "Electronics Ship" also called the Celestra that was seen in the original series.
Chrion: A passenger liner similar in design to the Olympic Carrier and Pyxis, 825 ft long 130f wide, 75ft heigh
Cloud 9: a massive vessel of unusual design that contained a five-star restaurant, theater, casino, several bars, and numerous hotel rooms and luxury suites. Its most notable feature was a huge biodome which contained a pressurized natural habitat nearly a quarter-mile in diameter that simulated an outdoor park. The dome was mounted to the starboard side of the ship's main hull by a "V" shaped pylon structure which supported a spoon-shaped bow that contained the hotel. Behind the hotel section was a separately attached crew module which also contained the ship's hangar bay, command bridge, engineering, and sub-light/FTL drive engines. Directly under the saucer dome were another set of drive engines. dedicated gardening staff. artificial lake used for swimming. At the center of the park was a large auditorium structure used for gatherings and festivals.

Columbia: two ships named Battlestar Columbia. lost along with the Battlestars Triton and Solaria during the Cylon sneak attack on the colonies.
Cybele: A freighter ship a Cylon Number Four, (Simon), lives on with his wife Giana and stepdaughter Jemmy. Simon returns to the Cybele, but commits suicide by jettisoning himself out an airlock. His version was not uploaded to the Resurrection Ship because it was too far away.
Cylon Basestar: distinctive star-shaped appearance employing heavy weapon turrets and missile batteries. 220 missile tubes, 434 Raiders/Heavy Raiders
Cylon Colony: The Cylon Colony was a massive space station The base was mobile and parked by Cavil in orbit around a black hole somewhere nearer to the Earth the Colonial refugees eventually settle upon. The station was built of organic-looking material and had a design that was vastly different in appearance from other Cylon spacecraft featured in the series. From a distance, the Colony appeared to look like a giant spiky crab or insect-like creature floating in space. gun and missile turrets defending the Colony, swarm of Raiders.
Cylon freighter: Two unidentified ships appear alongside a Cylon Basestar as it orbits the planet Kobol in the episode "Kobol's Last Gleaming" and are assumed to be freighters of some kind. Their design is roughly similar to the "Cylon Tanker"
Daru Mozu: a tylium processing vessel which refines raw tylium ore into fuel

Kimba Huta: Supply ship similar in design to the Gemenon Traveller 197f long 58f wide, 71 f high. It stores the last stockpiles of meat in the entire fleet in huge freezers.

Majahual: large mining vessels. It appears as a series of three saucers with four large gripping claws extending downward. The ship can land on asteroids and gather ore vital to the fleet. L 2600 feet (792m) w 650feet H 220 feet.
McConnell: a supply ship within the fleet The ship was one of several that Commander Fisk secretly raided and built up a personal stock pile of high valued goods which he traded within the fleet's black market.
Monarch: a mining vessel. L 2600 feet (792m) w 650feet H 220 feet.

Rhadamanthys: The ship is named after Rhadamanthys, a king in Greek Mythology who was the son of Zeus and Europa.
Refueling Tanker: "Tanker Birds" Vipers and Raptors for mid-flight refueling. are modified Raptors with a fuel transfer system. There may be one or more larger tanker ships like the Hitei Kan, sized for refueling the fleet's bigger ships.
Resurrection Hub: an enormous mobile base that controlled the function of all of the Cylon resurrection ships. The ship appeared as a diamond shaped craft with a skeletal structure similar to the resurrection ships. With the Resurrection Hub destroyed, the Cylons lose their ability to resurrect forever.
Resurrection Ship: a class of Cylon FTL-equipped starship that allowed the consciousness of any Cylon, within an unspecified range, to download into a new body aboard the ship upon death. The ship appeared as an elongated vessel built as a series of spider-shaped support frames. In between the frames were levels upon levels of transparent containers each holding a humanoid Cylon body in suspended animation. second and third Resurrection Ship in range of the fleet of humanity.
Rising Star: hospital ship.a sleek-looking, arrowhead-shaped starship The most notable features are a pair of vent-like openings above the "wings" on either side of the hull, which appear to be used as landing bays for smaller craft.

Solaria: Colonial Battlestar lost along with Battlestars Columbia and Triton.
Stealthstar Mk 1: Lieutenant Daniel "Bulldog" Novacek piloted her beyond the Armistice Line. He was detected and his ship damaged, presumably by the Cylons, though the DRADIS contact was labeled as "unknown". Commander Adama, under orders not to cross the boundary, decided to shoot down Novacek with a missile to avoid capture. Unknown to Adama, Novacek had ejected and was captured by the Cylons.
Striker: A Colonial vessel that collides with a fuel tanker while Captain George "Catman" Birch is performing the role of CAG for the Galactica. The Striker is of the same design as the Celestra from the original series.

It has an unusual design reminiscent of early spacecraft used by the Twelve Colonies and consists of a massive wheel connected to a slender, central hull at the axis. The wheel contains an artificial biosphere and slowly rotates to simulate natural gravity. This unusual design is supposedly very old, when artificial gravity was too expensive on large ships, but the design proved popular and remains in use to this day. 1,900 pax, 4000 ft L (1230m) w and H 1230 f,

Shipping companies
Colonial Movers: Colonial Movers is a transport company that owned at least 3 cargo ships in the refugee fleet. They appear as long, cylindrical shafts to which are affixed several bulk cargo modules of various livery design and nomenclature. The slogan "We Move Anywhere" can sometimes be seen on the side.
Intersun: A civilian transport company that operated among the Twelve Colonies. Intersun owned and operated the liner Colonial Heavy 798 which is renamed Colonial One after President Roslin is sworn in and takes the ship as Office of the President.
Pan Galactic: A civilian transport company with ships operating at the time of the Cylon attack on the Twelve Colonies. During the Miniseries, at least one Pan Galactic liner survived the attack and joined the refugee fleet.

That looks like a list of ships that were mentioned in the series, not specifically the fleet.

As for Colonial Warbook IIe, that is a fan made (and very unofficial) supplement to the Margaret Weiss Productions Battlestar Galactica RPG that withered on the vine and died.

i am working on a Rifts/BSG cross over. after i wrap that up. i am going to pick up on another cross over. a Battletech one that will be a snip off of cannonshops work. that is what i plan on using the above.

i mannly just need ships names, maybe class, but the lengths are important for my Battletech cross over.

LoL, you to, I'm working on an nBSG/Stargate crossover using the Battletech RPG rules, maps and planetary data.
